You will be best served to set the sphere by dimming or turning off the lights, silencing your devices, and gathering anything and everything that will add to your supreme comfort. You may either roll out a yoga mat, practice in a chair, or even lie down in bed — wherever you are most comfortable. Use pillows or a bolster for your knees and a little something under your head, being mindful not to “cut off” the energy at the neck. Feel free to add padding or propping to any area that may be sensitive. Finally, grab a blanket to keep you comfortable during the experience, as body temperature tends to drop.
